2. Services, estimates and pre-contract information

We provide design and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, revisions, timeline and price are fixed in the proposal or invoice; work outside that scope is quoted and agreed in writing first. Before you engage us you receive clear information on the service, price and scope, complaint and dispute-resolution contacts, and distance-contract terms, as required by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» vid 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII. Estimates are indicative unless confirmed in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, materials and approvals on time.
• Hold all rights to the content you supply.
• Pay invoices under the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in final deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. Drafts, rejected concepts, internal tools and pre-existing materials remain ours. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you object in writing.

5. Liability, complaints and disputes

We are liable to the extent permitted by law and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by inaccurate briefs, third-party platforms or client-supplied content. Send complaints to contact@fenxalium.com; we reply within 10 business days. Electronic-commerce disputes follow Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiu» vid 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII; unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to a court or the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

6. Language, advertising and personal data

Ukrainian-language information is available on request, as required by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zabezpechennia funktsionuvannia ukrainskoi movy yak derzhavnoi» vid 25.04.2019 No. 2704-VIII. Claims on this site are accurate and substantiated under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR. Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» vid 19.11.2024 No. 3994-IX; non-essential cookies are set only after consent.
