Deliverables

Each item is issued as a print-ready PDF plus a working file, so your contractor prices from the same drawings the studio designed.
Drawings stop at the design stage. Supervision, procurement and installation sit with your contractor team. Read the stated exclusions or the five-stage process that produces these files.
The design concept is a document for your apartment or house, not a construction contract. Stating where it stops keeps every budget band honest.
What we will not promise: a fixed total renovation price, a storage volume larger than the measured closed cabinetry allows, or a completion date that depends on contractors we do not manage. The design fee is always quoted from a per-square-metre rate and labelled estimated.

Every room gets a ruled row: storage volume, clearance, and a budget band with its indicative renovation cost range per m² in UAH.
Plans, wall elevations and the joinery schedule for closed storage, priced against the ledger rather than against a mood board.
Revisions while work is on site, answered in writing so the contractor builds one agreed version of the drawings.
