Purposes and legal basis

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare and perform contracts and keep records. Processing relies on your consent, on steps taken at your request before a contract, and on our legitimate interest in operating this site. We never sell personal data. Basis: Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 19.11.2024 № 3994-IX.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last contact, statutory accounting records for the period required by law, and cookie consent records for 12 months.

Sharing

Hosting, email and analytics providers process data on our behalf under written instructions. Disclosure to authorities occurs only where legally required.

Cookies

Pre-contract information on scope, price, complaints and distance contracts is provided before you engage us, under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Electronic-commerce disputes are first handled through our contacts above.

Advertising and language

Promotional claims are substantiated and identifiable as advertising under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Consumer information is also available in Ukrainian under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII.
